As the most experienced independent DOT listed repair center in the U.S., West is able to assure that your service is done in accordance with strict internal procedures and applicable regulatory standards using only NF Grade Nitrogen.  Full Rehab, Minor Repair and Reconditioned Cylinder Sales are provided for customers nationwide. Vacuum Warranty is two years.

Standard Procedures include:
    

• Set up a job sheet for each cylinder and enter it into a database for current and future tracking. This job sheet follows your cylinder throughout the process and records the work and/or parts replaced. Internal tracking allows you rapid access to cylinder status for each order in process.

• Thorough mass-spec analysis, cold testing and full operational performance verification. Also- all of your cylinders will be tested for total hydrocarbons and total moisture.
  

• Heat with individual controls while pumping to assure the best vacuum possible. This also regenerates the sieve.
  

• Repair or replacement of parts as needed to assure proper operation. Parts installed on your cylinders are either purchased LOX cleaned or they are LOX cleaned in our clean room.
  

• Sandblast, prime and paint carbon steel cylinders using a urethane paint and machine polish stainless steel cylinders to factory finish for quality appearance.
  

• Fit with a West Tag listing our DOT K-032 number and the date of service along with "Property of" plate that has the owner's name.

NOTE-  WCI is approved by DOT to replace damaged upper necks and lower supports lowering the incidence of "scrapped" cylinders. Your approval will be secured prior to performing any non-standard repairs.
