West provides a full range of bulk tank shop and field services and products for medical, industrial, manufacturing and field production applications.
All services are custom scaled to meet individual client needs including:

Both new and reconditioned vessels are provided along with a full complement of manifolds, hoses, vaporizers, pumps, fill systems, valves, parts, and other accessories.

TYPICAL WORK DONE ON BULK CRYOGENIC TANKS
1.       CHECK AND REPAIR ORING, LIFT-PLATE, PROBE TUBE AND VALVE, AND EVACUATION VALVE. MAKE ANY NEEDED CHANGES OR REPAIRS. TOP OFF WITH PERLITE.
2.       PERFORM MASS-SPEC VACUUM INVESTIGATION. REPAIR ANY VACUUM LEAKS. RESTORE VACUUM.
3.       CHECK GAUGES AND GAUGE PANEL REPAIR, REBUILD OR REPLACE AS NEEDED.
4.       CHECK PIPING, PRESSURE BUILDER, FILL SYSTEM AND SAFETY TREE . UPGRADE, MAKE REPAIRS AND REPLACE PARTS AS NEEDED TO MEET CLIENT SPECIFICATIONS.
5.       SAND-BLAST AND PAINT TO CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS.
6.       REFIT PIPING, COLD TEST, AND VERIFY FULL SYSTEM OPERATION. PERFORM TOTAL HYDROCARBONS AND TOTAL MOISTURE ANALYSIS

Sensitivity to Medical, Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, and High Purity manufacturing and industrial operation needs is West’s reason for using only NF grade nitrogen for all work performed. Additionally, all vessels serviced at West Cryogenics plant are tested for total hydrocarbons and total moisture.
