The special needs of liquid transports for trouble-shooting,
repair and rehab brought the West family into the cryogenics business over 25 years ago and have been an integral part of
West Cryogenics operations since our founding in 1985.
From structural repairs
and vacuum restoration to pumping, controls, and electronics systems, West has the proven capabilities to support almost any
type of oxygen, nitrogen, argon or carbon dioxide transport or delivery system.
DOT inspection services
are provided and customer date bases can be established to provide notification for 1 and 5-year DOT inspections or other
client requested preventive maintenance services.
Services include:
- Completely
rebuild cryogenic transports of any type or manufacture.
- Perform vacuum investigation to determine where
repairs are needed. Restore Vacuum.
- Repair inner leaks when necessary. (Required
National Board Certificate held by West).
- Repair outer vacuum jacket leaks.
- Top
off with perlite.
- Rebuild or replace under carriage.
- Repair
or replace piping.
- Install, Repair or replace pumping system, controls, 12v wiring,
and meters.
- Install hydraulic pump or jack shaft.
- Sandblast,
prime and paint to customer specifications.
